THE ELEVATOR
A sci-fi thriller first conceived in 2009.
INSPIRATION
One day Nell was riding the elevator in the office building where she worked and thought to herself:
What if the doors opened and I saw something unexpected, something horrible?
SYNOPSIS
Strangers riding in the courthouse elevator are thrown into a world of chaos and horror when the doors open on the 6th floor.
They're out of time.
PROJECT STATUS
The Elevator is currently within its first draft. After the 4th and final draft, the novel will be sent to publishing for distribution and plans for the film adaptation will begin.
DREAM TEAM
Every project needs a team. To complete a novel, an author needs readers for editing and revision. An agent & publishing company make publishing and distribution possible. And a manager to assist the author is excellent for career choices, efficient time management, organization, and team operations.
Literary Agent
Represents writers by pitching unpublished work to editors, negotiating book deals and liaising between authors and publishers.
Literary Manager
Helps writers complete their literary works, make good career decisions, find agents and sign mutually beneficial deals.
Readers/Editors
Proof reading, copy-editing, and literary criticism provided to the author for revisions in the next draft.
DREAM SPACE
Writing requires space and time to think. A clean and comfortable office will offer more efficient time management while drafting, and allow the creative process to flow uninterrupted. A structured writing schedule will allow for the novel's release to be determined. Financial resources dedicated to a rental office or studio will help tick this box.
